Features of HUDA’s Rohtak Scheme
1. Residential plots being offered are in a well-planned Urban Estate Sector with a provision of quality infrastructure and public utility services such as schools (including a senior secondary school), banquet hall, children park, polyclinic, nursing home, shopping centre, taxi stand, police post, etc.
2. Sector-6 of Rohtak will have piped water supply, metalled roads, storm water drainage, and underground sewerage system.
Rohtak city is well connected with Delhi, Sonipat, Gurgaon, Bhiwani, Rewari, Jhajjar, Jind, Hissar and Sirsa through State Highway, National Highway, and broad gauge railway line. What is the process of finance from banks for HUDA residential plots?
I would seek advice on the following points -
1. How many times the application is likely to be subscribed (a rough idea)
2. What discount it offers than the current rate prevailing in the area.
3. What kind of return I can expect to make from the plot.

Huda plots r generally applied these days 100 times....actual figure might be significantly differ. As far as return and discount is concerned, Huda plots r atleast 50% discount to mkt price...so u can expect good return only question arises, will u be lucky enough to get allotment?
